Riang Athiei village

Just 6 days after World Water Day, for over 1,300 people in and around Riang Athiei village, they got their water day.  A local repair team was hired and their deep borehole well was repaired, once again giving them access to clean water.  This saves the women and children the daily task of walking over 5 km each way – every single day – in order to collect water from an open source of water that often caused diseases.  These lovely people received the gift of time, health and hope.
